Objectives: Our objective is to improve our
quality of life through low-impact aerobics, walking and stretching.
We are striving to lower our resting heart rate and % of body
fat. During aerobic activity we burn calories, improve our
cardiovascular health, flexibility, and increase our energy
levels.
