Role and Function The purposes for which Bay Tree Lakes Property Owner’s Association is organized are to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities of Bay Tree Lakes, and to own, control, operate, improve, and maintain the common properties within said community in accordance with the provisions of a Declarationof Covenants and Restrictions.
